Our Story:
Deciding where to invest in property shouldn't be so hard. Our co-founder, Steven, started buying single family home rentals in the US while working outside the country. Finding the right location that offered high investment returns — at low risk — was a research project that took months. Sounds fun if you are a researcher. But for most people, it is a process that should be simplified.
Our goal is to make that process of building an investment strategy as simple as a few minutes of setting criteria, and a few clicks. |
Our mission is to help single family home investors find locations – down to the block level – that offer the highest possible rental returns at the lowest possible risk.
